Scientists digitally ‘unwrap’ mummy of Pharaoh Amenhotep I

Scientists from Egypt have used three-dimensional CT (computed tomography) scanning to ‘digitally unwrap’ the royal mummy of Amenhotep I. -

I think it's nice that they didn't unwrap the rewrapped Amenhotep I, first king of Dynasty 18. He was worshipped as a deity, along with his mother, in Deir el Medina, perhaps because he was the first person interred in the Valley of the Kings. Perhaps the rewrapping was in honour of that.
