It was not very often that Aydin didn’t sleep in his own bed, in his own home, with his daughter in the room next to him. But his sitter was the kindest, most sweetest woman and when he called to speak to Renata before bed he found out she had such a fun time playing with her sitters kids that he allowed her to stay the night with them. Which meant he was going to drink some more, and party a little harder. Which also meant he wasn’t driving home, and he was crashing at his sisters place. Aydin was fast asleep in the bed in his sisters other room. Kind of waking up on and off, the sun was already bothering him enough, lighting up the room and shining through the blinds like headlights into the room. Keeping his eyes closed, Aydin hoped to fall back asleep somehow but a sudden shove on his shoulder suddenly prevented it, also not making his headache or morning any better. “Fuck off” Aydin said to the prodding person, not actually meaning it, but he felt like he got hit by a train. Pushing the hand away again, he slowly opened his eyes looking up at his sister “so unnecessary, and promise me you’ll never let me drink like that again.”
