Yoruichi hadn't expected such a pliant response. It was reasonable rather than merely cowardly or sniveling, so it could fairly be said to simply be diplomatic... though, the agreeableness could be a ruse. She felt that was unlikely though. This woman seemed genuinely confused and out of her depth. Plus getting a better look at the attire, it was... very dated and period.
"... Where are you from then, Miss...?" she soon asked, also prompting for the stranger's name. Her tone had eased into something more neutral and almost corporate in its casual welcomeness.
