Hey, It's Dinky. Your brother's a hippogriff, right? Aren't they supposed to have those magic crystals that let them transform? Doesn't look like he has one. I would say that you should get him one of those. If he does have one though, I'd say a magic potion book. Ms. Zecora isn't a pony either and doesn't really have any way to use magic, but she makes do with potions and stuff, which she's really good at. Goes to show that you don't need a horn to do magic as long as you know the right stuff.
