Chicken Liver in Butter milk.. Ingredients: Chicken liver Buttermilk 1 cup Chopped tomatoes Chopped red onions Dhania Green bell pepper Knorr chicken cube Black pepper Ginger Garlic Chicken masala Corriander Tomato paste 1 Tsp Salt to taste Method: 1.Soak liver in buttermilk for about 30 minutes. 2.Heat pan and add Olive oil... 3.Add chopped onions then garlic.. fry till brown.. add liver without the buttermilk... 4. Cook till the liquid is almost evaporated and add the rest of the spices, add tomato paste. 5. Cook for 2 more minutes then add tomatoes and Bell pepper, the cube... 6. Cover and cook for 4 minutes then add the rest of the buttermilk (Could not waste it) 7.cook for 4 more minutes then remove from heat and add Dhania and cover for a few minutes.. Serve with Spaghetti, rice ,mashed potatoes or whatever you like...
