                    - ☢ to learn about my character’s phobias.

jin doesn’t really have many phobias? she has a fear of spiders, being choked to death and being confined in small spaces. other than that, she’s not really afraid of other things. she likes to believe that despite those three phobias, she’s mostly fearless.

                     - ☀ to learn about my character’s hobbies.

she really enjoys writing! whether it’s lyrics, poetry or just her wanting to vent how she feels that day -- she loves to write as a hobby. two other hobbies would probably be photography, painting and dancing. however, dancing is what she does every day as the main dancer for creep. she likes to challenge herself with dance and try new things. with photography, she really enjoys trying to take pictures of pretty scenery. it helps to calm her down when she’s not having a good day. with painting, she’s not the greatest at it and just enjoys painting mostly abstract art.

     Their apartment was coming along nicely; the sofa really pulled the living area together, and the rest of the rooms were slowly being filled with their necessities and their belongings that they decided to bring from their past abodes. The astronomer was admiring the progress from the comfort of the sofa-- she abandoned the book she was reading in favour of glancing around their home, and she couldn’t help but smile. 

     Her attention wasn’t pulled away until she hears Dongwoo enter the apartment. With the book still in her hand, Ahreum sets her bookmark gently within the pages before she puts it aside. She waits until Dongwoo enters the living room before she stands from the sofa, moving over to him to wrap her arms around his torso in greeting. She smiles up at him, her face glowing from the upwards curl of her lips that was slowly forming a grin. “Yeobo, welcome home~ Did you have a good day?” The astronomer hums, utilizing her arms around Dongwoo’s torso to lead him back towards the sofa. Her greeting wasn’t the only one Dongwoo received; the two canines came rushing in the room at the sound of feet against the floor. Sogeum’s tail wagged excitedly and Gon adorned the biggest smile a puppy could have as they jumped on the sofa to join the couple in relaxation. 

     Ahreum’s arms shift positions as she listens intently to his answers; one arm remains around Dongwoo’s back while the other reaches beside her for a blanket the two of them could share to gather extra warmth. When she finishes situating the blanket, she takes the final step in her relaxation as she rests her head against Dongwoo’s shoulder. Her eyes are focused on the living room once again, and an idea strikes her mind. She brings her arm out from around Dongwoo, and instead she reaches for his hand, her fingers intertwining with his as she lets her idea flow into words. “I was thinking about the apartment earlier, and... I want to add some more decorations to it... Not a lot, but I think it’d be nice to have a little more for decoration. Maybe some storage containers, too, for the extra space in the closet. Should we go to IKEA? We might be able to find something there... What do you think?”

❝ Neither am I…it’s better to savor the flavor. ❞ The coffee enthusiast admires the brew fitted between his palms, coddling its ceramic vessel. Shinwoo raises the drink to parched lips, eyes flitting shut as the warmth envelopes his torso and settles in his abdomen. A hum sounds, before a pink muscle removes any remnants of the dark elixir from his mouth. The drink is lowered and abandoned, temporarily; his hands move to rid themselves of the warm sensation emitted from the mug, smoothing palms over his jeans. ❝ …Are you particular about your coffee? ❞ 

     “ Truth be told, I’m more of a tea person. ” Coffee seemed too bitter to her. To harsh and strong in its taste but even though she didn’t drink it often, there were times where she decided that she should. Being a person with many hectic schedules she had to be quick on her feet and what helped more than coffee? After all it didn’t have to stand like tea and was helping people to wake up. It also offered some energy for a few hours and stopped her tired eyes from falling. Fingers curved around the mug on the table, lips moving towards the item in her hands to take a small sip. “ But lately I started to try some Latte Art? You know, making a face or something with cream on coffee. That means I need to drink the coffee too, and it’s actually not bad… If you put a lot of milk into the cup. Which makes me realize that my coffee doesn’t have enough, for my taste. It’s too bitter. ”

How odd it is that underneath the artificial glare of stage lights and amidst dull static, there’s something romantic about the stage and everything surrounding it.  Maybe it’s the meticulously crafted glow of soft pink illuminating exposed skin; maybe it’s the choice of attire that lends to a dreaminess, unexpectedly tender against the blaring pop music.  Whatever it is, it’s working- eyes bright, Jisoo’s absentmindedly smoothing one hand over the silky fabric of her dress as she watches behind the curtain. 

Transfixed, she hardly notices the other groups lingering back with them, only offering a dazed greeting when she’s alerted to their presence.  As much as she wants to romp around beneath the rain she can feel stylist unnie staring her down- getting her clothes wet will only serve as a nuisance.  She wilts (but just enough that it doesn’t look childish).  Disappointment lasts briefly, dashed by....is that...wetness on her cheek?  “Oh--” is yelped out before eyes hone in on the clear liquid wiped off by the back of her hand, then the guilty perpetrator.  

"No, it’s okay...” There’s something familiar about him before she realizes with a start, bowing quickly before she rises with both hands held up.  “Don’t worry about it, really! It’s just a bit of water.” His frown has her quickly wheeling off into a different topic, determined to quell his concern.  “They’ve really outdone themselves this time, haven’t they?  Reminds me of- what’s that one movie? Singing In The Rain?” A small grin on her lips, she sings a couple lines before lapsing into some semblance of sheepishness.  “You think so too, right?”

Dong-woo initially stares deadpan, desperate to stifle the laughter that threatened to bubble to the surface. His lips curl, mindlessly chewing on the flesh while attempting to muster an appropriate response. ❝ It’s not that I don’t trust you, ❞ he starts amid a snort. ❝ …but it’s better to be safe than sorry. ❞

Jinyoung, knowing exactly that Dongwoo is more or less joking around with him, responding his words with a small pout as if he’s showing off his more childish side, looking away from his best friend. “You don’t trust me anymore,” he repeated again, as if accentuating his words and shakes his head, “....I’m your leader, Dongwoo, how can I continue being your leader now that you don’t trust me?” He said rather dramatically as he looks at Dongwoo intently, clicking his tongue as he crosses his arm.

That was such a cheesy statement to make.

And apparently, (obviously), Jaejoong simply loved all things cheesy.

A smile slowly but surely curved his lips after the words reached his ears. From slight quivering of the very corners of his mouth, to a gentle, slightly lopsided curl of the entire mouth that raised the prominent cheekbones of his face; he couldn’t really stop it from happening even if he wanted to. The fellow idol’s remark and the idea behind it touched quite a few thoughts in Jaejoong’s head that lead mostly to pleasant, endearing subjects – but ultimately, provoked a moment of wonder, too.

“What if those feelings come from different places simultaneously? Does it mean one has many homes, scattered all over the globe? That would take away from its special meaning, wouldn’t it.” He mused out loud, turning head to look at the younger one from his spot on the floor. Oddly enough, it was quite comfortable – be that thanks to the new, long-haired rug under his back–one of the many, recent welcome-back gifts from his friends–or to his slightly intoxicated state. Either way, he felt good, and definitely good enough to have semi-philosophical conversations about love, life and death with someone, who seemed just right for those kind of interactions. Jaejoong always liked that about him: how far and deep of a thinker he could be. 

“And. And it’d mean one’s heart is chopped up in pieces, which is–biologically impossible. Bummer.”

“i thought you were bringing baro oppa with you!” she whined as the male took a seat at the table with her. she had a meaningless crush on the rapper, who she had worked with on a variety show some years back. not even a crush, more so she just really liked to look at him. “you had one job.” gemi shook her head, sucking her teeth childishly at him before jutting out her bottom lip at him.

     “I think one of the things I will never be able to forget about would be the day I graduated. It was a relieving day.”

     “I wish I hadn’t agreed to model.” 

Comet Galaxy: Have you ever had to leave a relationship because someone changed too much?

     “I have-- My ex changed for the worse, and I couldn’t stay with him. He’s... also the reason for my last answer.” 

Sunflower Galaxy: Would you date/make friends with someone out of pity?

     “No, never. I think that’d be rude.” 

Tadpole Galaxy: Would you deny a relationship/friendship?

     “No, I don’t see why I would.” 

Meteor: What’s something you wish you could tell, but can’t?

     “Hmn, that’s a tough question to answer. I wish I could tell my father that I’m proud of where I am in my career, but... I can’t. I think I’d only get reprimanded.” 

Wormhole: What’s something you wish would happen, but know won’t?

     “I’m not sure. I haven’t really wished for anything that I know won’t happen. I’ve wished for things that might happen, or things that might not happen, but... Not really anything I know won’t happen.”
