Ingredients: 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a blender or food processor, combine black beans, salsa, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
