Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Assorted vegetables for grilling bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, etc.. Olive oil for brushing vegetables.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside. Prepare vegetables for grilling by slicing them into thick pieces. Brush sliced vegetables with olive oil on both sides. Grill vegetables for 3-4 minutes per side until tender and slightly charred. Arrange grilled vegetables on a platter around the bowl of dip. Serve immediately and enjoy!
