that is not what troian meant. the interviewer said he dislikes spencer because she steals people and she remarked how no one blames ian or wren even though they're adults while spencer's underage and they were the ones who began the whole thing. spencer's desire to be better than melissa is a big part of this character and that's most likely why she kissed them, but spencer was just trying to defend her by pointing out the double standard.

Of course I don't blame only Spencer. Ian or Wren took opportunity and they kissed young girl. But like I said before Spencer always wanted to be better than Melissa so when guy like Ian or Wren kissed her, I think she felt like a winner a little. It's her personality and it's the same in real life. I know sisters who always took themselves boyfriends. It was really sick but fights or competition between sisters are normal. Not everyone are happy siblings without sad moments.
