i'm absolutely obsessed with age regressor dirk, and your art of him makes me real happy and excited that other people enjoy it too! i feel like his character makes it easy to see how he'd be a regressor- something about his hard exterior but slightly childish interests (mlp, puppetry, perhaps other things i'm forgetting) as well as his trauma makes it obvious, at least imo. (i especially love regressor dirk and caretaker jake, but that's just me) thanks so much for making agere art of him and even other hs characters!! your art is super lovely and an inspiration, and i can't wait to see more from you in the future!!! <3

This is so sweet, wow. Agere Dirk means so much to me, as a hard Dirk kin with some fucked up shit goin on up there, so this means a lot that others like him as well. I agree with you, its very easy to see how he could in canon. Even his more adult interests like swords and robots. at their base they can be very childlike. I also agree with the Jake caretaker stuff, i think all the alphas would take turns caring for him, but mostly Jake. I think hed find it so fun, especially since he already loves Dirk so much. I dont think it would be hard for him to understand if Dirk explained. I also think Dirk is SO embarrassed about it so it helps that all his friends support and care about him enough to want to help. There will most definitely be more agere Dirk and other Homestucks in the future- some with Jake soon, and much more.
