Hey Faye and others! Thanks so much for this, it's really great. I think one thing you could perhaps post about or mention on the resources page is that the college is legally bound by the Americans with Disabilities Act to provide reasonable accommodations for anyone struggling with a mental illness. Any student who is experiencing difficulty in communicating this to a faculty member who is reluctant to provide extensions should contact Dean Dan Tzuang who serves as the Disability Coordinator. (Note: Dean Tzuang is the disability coordinator for Pomona College students. If anyone knows who the disability coordinators on the other campuses are, I can compile a list and put it on our resources page. Alternatively, I believe you can reach out to the disability coordinator on your campus by contacting each college's respective Student Affairs Office. -Faye)
