To explain this cartoon:
Disabled people in Britain have been battling against the Work Capability Assessment (WCA), which determines whether you are 'fit for work' and ineligible for additional benefits. The test is administered by a private company called ATOS who have come in for a great deal of criticism!
In the UK, MPs have attempted to intimidate and sideline disability activists by calling them "extremists". So the new banners say "Proud to be Extremists!"
