It’s that time of the year as the Disc Golf Season comes to an end...we begin to prepare for the next season ahead! It has always been a great time for reflection on the great accomplishments fulfilled and a reevaluation of things that must change in order to be better! As much as I love the traveling and the competitive season, I have always looked forward to down time at home with the family and the offseason training during the winter months! It’s the season for getting back to the grind, refocusing on goals ahead and envisioning the path before us...it’s the season to get Disc Golf Strong!
