This is Mexico's Disco Ball, and the winner of Season 2 of ¿Quien es la máscara?, the Mexican TMS. This Disco is a girl! She's Maria Léon.

And this is America's Disco Ball, from The Masker Dancer. Funnily enough, he was the 1RE. This Disco Ball is a guy! He's rapper and actor Ice-T.
