One common discommunication that bothers me a little is when someone (not an expert in ur nerdy field) is like "Oh I played one of those when I was younger but I don't remember" and you ask them to describe it a bit more and you know exactly what they're talking about and you've eliminated all other likelihoods and you know for a fact what they're talking about but when you're like "it's this thing" (it's definitely this thing. it's so clearly obviously this thing. you don't even have that much life experience so i know it has to be this thing. i won't say that part out loud because i'm being tactful but i know what i'm talking about okay??? it's that thing!!), they just repeat "i just don't remember"

begging the "neurotypicals" to update their scripts to add "oh is that so?" or to stop mashing so many buttons on chit-chat maybe.
