Among the many missed opportunities rdr2 admittedly had, I really wish the Albert Mason and Charles Châtenay side missions were able to let Arthur embrace his artistic side more. Maybe he could've painted or photographed out of his own desire and received a compliment for it, possibly establishing some confidence in his skills, emphasizing how much they could affect others and consequently how that effect he left on others would make him feel. It's not far-fetched to say it'd especially tie in quite neatly with the resolution he reaches in Chapter 6. Or if not that, we could've seen him observe the different ways those 2 perceive art which then would make him reflect on his own perspective and relationship with art as a whole. If not through cutscenes and voice lines, at the very least it could've been explored in his diary entries.
