life is like. I'm witnessing horrors beyond comprehension. I just spent almost a year fighting for my actual life to receive fairly basic medical care in my first world country. I can't eat right now. my body and brain barely work. I don't know what will happen to the world. I don't know what will happen to me. many people can and do juggle such things all together and at once. I don't think I can. it is also 4am. perhaps it is okay to let my exhausted deprived body sink into sleep at 4am because I simply cannot solve the world's problems nor the world's ignorance, all I can do is stay alive, aware, and as active as I can without burning out. because that too is important. rest is also resistance. we are many and if I step back others are there. when I step back up others will rest. it is the rhythm of the work.
