Finally, a horse! Not just any horse, ‘Snowball’ Well a modified Angus plush toy from Brave, only as he is about the right size, colour (mostly) and build. 

Picked him up for £1 from a charity shop.

The main modification was to dye the white parts- although it didn’t come out quite as dark as I’d liked, though I think it was because it wasn’t the right sort of dye- and because synthetic fabrics are hard to dye anyway, but will do for now. 

The rest was the saddle, bridle,  and harness. For this I used faux leather fabric, split pins (sprayed silver) for those rivet like things on Snowball’s chest. Some craft wire for the stirrups and bit- not sure, but it resembles some sort of curb bit.

And even better, I found out to my surprise this plush has a sound box which still works- squeeze the nose and he neighs!
