Task || Childhood Memory
Liz Forbes worked so hard to make sure that Caroline was treated like the princess she was so convinced she was. What with her father rarely being in the picture, it was vital that Caroline was made aware of how loved she was by the only true parent she had; and the blonde never failed to feel that love.
Her most wonderful memory with her mom had been when she found out they were going to Disneyworld for the weekend. At just 7 years old, she was still so innocent and unaware of all the bad things that the world would throw at her in the future, and she had enjoyed the trip more than anything; the early mornings, the food shaped like disney characters, the dressing up...the list was endless. Caroline didn’t ask for too much from her mom, because she had always understood how hard things could be in terms of money, so this trip to Disneyworld exceeded all of her expectations, and she would forever be thankful to her mom, for making her dream of being a princess come true; even if it was only for a small amount of time.
And this particular memory was important, because shortly after her and her mom’s weekend away together, her parents had an argument which involved her father leaving for a long time. It was the good, spirit lifting experience she needed before facing a life without both her parents being in the picture.
