What is it with streaming services / channels with leaving their musical shows on hold without renewing them or canceling them
First Bia then Julie And The Phantoms and HSMTMTS
Do they have something against musical shows now?
#disneybia#hsmtmts#high school musical the musical the series#disney#Bia#Disneychannella#netflix#julie and the phantoms#disney plus#disney+#renew julie and the phantoms#Renew hsmtmts#Renew bia#Or at the very least announce that they are canceled if they won't be renewed#I need my musical/ comfort shows back#What musical shows am I supposed to watch now?#And like JATP has won every award ever and has a pretty solid Fandom and as far as I know has good views too#So what does netflix want more in a show and why didn't netflix renew it yet?#Next month the show would be out for a whole year while Netflix is giving us the silent treatment#Like I understand with bia the show didn't have as much views as the other dcla shows and the channel is now closed#And for hsmtmts I didn't like s2 which make me not super excited for s3 if there was a s3#But I still believe that it's not too late to save the show and for s3 to fix the mess that was s2#And I still believe the show has potential even with the mess that is s2#And it's weird that Disney plus didn't confirm or say anything about s3 yet#Even though they renewed the show for s2 before the show even came out#Also the rumors that the whole cast will be changed if there was s3 makes no sense#Like the for Olivia it makes sense if she wasn't in s3 to focus on her music career#But for the rest of the cast I don't see any reason for changing them#Especially since the cast didn't hint or did or even said anything about wanting to leaving the show#And it won't make sense from a storytelling point as s2 didn't give closure to all the characters and their storylines
