NEW TICKET PURCHASE SYSTEM From @gothicrosie UPDATE: I was told (6/18) that they now are selling tickets at the ticket booths but they still can't do park reservations. Disneyland has updated how you purchase tickets on the website and removed the capability from the app at this time. Yup, no using the app to purchase tickets right now🤦🏻‍♀️. You also still cannot purchase them at the ticket booths as you need to make a reservation at the same time and they can’t do that for you. You can purchase tickets on the phone but you’ll have to pick your Park Reservation dates after you get the confirmation of those tickets. The new system REQUIRES you to pick the days you want and to pick all the days for multi-day tickets too. You can still cancel a reservation after you run through this process but this means you cannot just buy tickets by themselves. You have to go through the entire process. I know, bear with me…🤪 You CANNOT make reservations for different months on THIS system. So if you are buying several tickets, ALL of them must be for the same dates as if you are buying for a group going on the same day(s). You cannot buy multiple tickets and then make several Park Reservations like one for each month going forward. BUT you can cancel all the reservations then make them individually later. 🤨🤪 You can also pre-purchase theme park parking vouchers for the Mickey & Friends/Pixar Pals Parking structure (they are connected btw) for as many days as you need. You can also purchase these vouchers later if you so choose as well. These too must be purchased on the website and they will NOT be visible on the app for entry. You’ll have to show your email confirmation at the structure’s entry booths.
