There's a moderately sized box waiting for Joseph, left on his kitchen countertop. Within is a new electric tea kettle, to replace the one Star broke. There's also a note from him that reads: Dear Joseph, I am very sorry for my actions. Please forgive me and enjoy the gift. (Alas, its true author is obvious, given how it was written in Holly's handwriting, but it's the thought that counts. Probably.)

   Mail? Don’t mind if he does; what a pleasant surprise--!

   Well, given that the contents of the box are pleasant, and not some mailed attempt on his life, since that’s not quite out of the question with him--

   Upon sort of cautiously prying open of the cardboard with a gloved, iron thumb, he gives the slowly revealing contents an eye, and then huffs; a kettle, huh? Alright, alright; good things so far! Had Suzie ordered a replacement--?

   His eyes catch the corner of a letter poking out the side; Holly’s handwriting bids him a quirk of the brow. 

   ...

   Actually reading the contents, however, bids him a cackling grin!

    “O-ho---! Is that right? 

   “Well! I think I can find it in my heart to pardon Star’s actions! I’m that kind of man, after all!” 

   Shaking his head and with a click his tongue, he chuckles.

    “Only because he asked me so nicely, however!”

Oh god.

Mo desperately tries to reason with Vikavolt, attempting everything he usually tries with Togemaru to get her to stop whining at him. He brings her treats. He holds up some of her babies. He tries to pat her, backing away quickly when her mandibles snap at his hand in a silent threat. 

She does not stop screaming for even half a second. Every Charjabug in the room has joined in by now. Welcome to Hell. Welcome to Hell.

☠ - angry/violent headcanon

Put a symbol (or several) and a character/characters in my ask box, and I’ll give you a headcanon.  Yes.  Do it.

When she’s upset, her first response is usually to verbally blow up in someone’s face before she can take a second to try and reevaluate the situation. This flash-in-pan reaction ends up causing her to say things she ought not to and regret very soon after- depending on who she’s yelling at.

Seldom does anything drive her to violence for its own sake due to the fact that there are laws in place in Conton- but in the event where she can still abide by the law or use a loophole, she’s more than happy to beat the ever living stuffing out of someone that warrants it, and even go farther than necessary if she can afford to.

In the event her friends are hurt or she sees what’s clearly an unfair fight/bullying/unjust punishment —depending on how bad the situation is— her personal code goes out the window. In this case, she’s already throwing down and throwing whatever insults she can at the offending party.

♡ - Romantic Headcanon

Call him clingy, but he loves craves tactile affection and won’t hesitate to put his hands all over his partner when given an opportunity. From kissing one’s neck in private to something as little as holding one’s hand in public- he loves the warmth and the physical reassurance that his partner is there. One way to get him to melt is rubbing his cheeks and ears.

♒ - Cooking/Food Headcanon

Fu cooking rice has a 50/50 chance of exploding the pot and getting boiling water all over in a 5-ft radius- which isn’t so bad, right? Wrong. That’s only if he’s trying to cook the rice by itself. If somehow it doesn’t blow up in his face there, it’ll definitely blow up if he tries to add any kinds of seasonings to it. Soy sauce? Salt? Pepper? Chili flakes? Nope. Thankfully, the curse doesn’t seem to consider eating it as a side to any other larger dish to be grounds for a violent reaction.

☠ - Angry/Violent Headcanon

Dabura, in the sparse times that he was around to monitor Fu’s progress while growing up, would encourage Fu to take his anger out on things, whether it was breaking objects for training or to have him spar with Dabura to take out his anger. 

For the longest time, Dabura was confident that he could control Fu, though eventually it would dawn upon him that maybe having a living weapon directing its’ anger on himself was a bad idea when Fu had started to get the upper hand on Dabura during his training sessions. 

Though Dabura stopped actively encouraging Fu, he didn’t exactly give him any other way of trying to channel his bouts of anger, either. This is why when Fu gets particularly angry, one might catch him flipping tables, punching walls, or blasting fire from his mouth to burn down whatever unfortunate object happens to be in his way at the time.

He’s been working on it, though-- for the most part.
