Don’t Tell Alice music slaps
Can we talk about the music that slowly builds while Keisha is driving in the desert and approaching the, well, you’ll know it when you see it? I love how it starts off as a subtle drone and slowly layers on, growing in volume and intensity, fluctuating through ominous and celestial-sounding chords. This is the third time I’ve listened to s01e01 and it made me cry. It’s giving Annihilation (the book, I don’t remember the film much, but maybe that too). Go off, Disparition.
Tried to get a video (as good as I can when the piano is in the way lol) of @disparition playing I think a mandolin??? live at the @nightvaleofficial show bc it's just so cool to get this music live, and got a snippet of Carlos's fantasy romance novel in the middle XD
It is sadly hard to hear but I love it.

The other night my friends and I went to the @nightvaleofficial live show, Murder Night at Blood Forest, and it was such a lovely time! I wore my Carlos cosplay because why not, and was accompanied by my good friends @livingonaprayerstiel and @flumenfluxicrochet
It was such a wonderful show, I was laughing non stop. And the musical guest, Al Olender, was amazing on top of it, her songs were so good. And of course, @disparition killed it with the night vale atmosphere and music.
This was my second ever live show, and I highly recommend people go see one in the future.
