I've been gone...
Been busy with work (people are still stupid), trying to make a baby (ovaries are still stupid) and dealing with family (sister is still stupid). I come back to this account for the first time in a month and it's bombarded by Power Rangers. Is this when I should say I didn't know they were bringing back the TV show? Or did they make a movie? In other news, @siouxzie-queue and @brooglethenerd had a GORGEOUS wedding and the wife and I got to go. So happy for them and wish them and little belly blob the best of luck. Oh and ? to emergency responders on this incredible website, particularly 911/police dispatchers: if you heard a call (didn't attend scene, but got all the details and screaming etc) and they offer a CIRT/debrief, how often do you go? We had a pretty big/important call last night and it involved a kid but it didn't bother me? I know I'm pretty heartless but honestly I semi-forgot about it til they brought it up. Will I regret not going? In my EMS/paramedic/dispatcher experience so far I haven't had a call that really got me emotional. Just wondering if anyone else is similar or if in 5 years it will all come crashing down. Help?
