The gender/sex fluidity argument in Loki is really upsetting to me
It feels like a cop out.
They wrote fluid for sex as a reason- they won't give us actual genderfluid rep b/c at some level they're taking the gender=/=sex and setting us up with Male™ Lokis and one Female™ Loki as the only reason their "sex" is fluid. It's just because there are different variations.
I hate it. Give me legitimate genderfluid Loki who switches pronouns, give me genderfluid Loki who uses her powers to shapeshift to his desired form. Give me genderfluid Loki that uses any/all pronouns. Give me actual genderfluid Loki, and not an excuse to try and rope in our community.
