The gala was going on, perfectly, in the hall of the NOL Building. The initiative was decided by the Imperator, in order to gather the most influent people of Kagutsuchi and other authorities.

Relius Clover was looking the dark sky, out on the balcony. He hated that kind of things: he used to stay in his lab, or at least always busy with his researches. On the other side of the balcony, came another person: he was a young guy with long black hair. He was looking at the sky too.

Relius, because of work questions, knew almost all the authorities taking part of the gala; but he didn’t remember that guy. “His worship isn’t enyoing the party?” he asked, in order to discover more things.

Even if you’re in the same town, you always disappear for many days... Where did you stay, in these days?

Relius Clover stopped his observation of the main road of Kagutsuchi, in order to make his planimetrical calculations for the new project... The creation of a new Hierarchical City... He was on the top of the NOL Building, watching distantly the road with a powerful telescope. And, in the middle of the way, a strange person: almost white, whit an half-mask covering a part of his head, and... A hole in his chest, near the neck... It wasn't the first time, for Relius, to watch someone with that details, and the first person didn't give him precious informations.

But maybe he's still on the road? Could be... Is he observing something?

The reason Relius was watching that man was clear: the hole in his stomach. How? How could he stay alive, or at least without some problems, with a hole so big in this body? he thought.

The man with light cyan hair was out of the big window, looking inside the observatory on the hill, where Relius directed to make some data collections. Furthermore, he weared a piece of a skeleton mask, on the jow.

"Excuse me, sir... Are you a tourist? Today the observatory is closed unfortunately..."

"Captain Terumi in my office, urgent" said Relius on the intercom. The scientist wasn't in his lab, but in his personal office, one of the higher in the NOL tower.

Damn, how could be possible a thing like this...
