happiness the two deserves…

one of my friends commissioned me to draw till from alien stage with one of the kiddos!! (she also paid me to actually watch alien stage for the commission, and i believe that wasn’t enough money to compensate the emotional damage i endured)

currently commissions are only open to friends and moots, but i’m looking to open them sometime this year. though, it definitely means a lot if you showed your support too!!

also sorry for not posting much, i’ve been sick and going through some health stuff this month, and it doesn’t help exams and midterms are picking up. i’ll be trying to post more art stuff often soon!!

hi guys here’s another character sheet wip for art fight of another one of my deepwoken character, feste nemesis

a crazed, bloodthirsty manic… what more could she possibly be??

making this reference sheet so far has been really fun because i haven’t really drawn feste a lot compared to zena. another reason is that she’s not that bad to draw. zena on the other hand, i HATE drawing the black diver outfit. i HATE how detailed it is :sob:

i’ve also been thinking about some character development for her…

goopboy… full of goop… he’s getting the hang of beekeeping!!

he’s been a beekeeper for years, and has only recently gotten the hang of the job. the other bears were concerned at first whether or not he was even fit for the role. however, they slowly changed their mind as they began to notice goopboy’s determination to fulfill their quests.

goopboy’s favorite bees are the honeybee and basicbee.

first time drawing a roblox character in roblox style lol! i tried going for more of a cartoonish look, next time i’ll make the colors more saturated. i’ve been getting into beeswarm simulator again recently, and i’m finally entering mid-game! i’ve been on and off the game because i just kinda forgot about it, so i’ve been in early game since 2019.

as a reward i kinda decided to make a beeswarm dedicated character like i have with deepwoken and other games! so here’s… goopboy!

aaand that’s all i got for this character. and don’t ask me to make backgrounds 😭

i got clip studio paint for the first time… each time i transfer art programs, i feel like i’m trying to figure out how to fly a plane. but anyway, i hope to practice more and learn to use clip studio paint. i want to jump to a more professional art program too 😋😋

a drabble about this character under the cut!

so this is a character called duke ombroden, who used to work for the divers and was a mentor to select students. one of his students was zena dalus, who he mentored before faking his death to leave the divers and escape the ministry.

and so i’ve completed my first ever commission and first commission of the year..! i’m glad my friend reached out to me to draw their characters 🥹

since these are not my ocs and instead my friend’s, i unfortunately don’t have any blurbs to write about them! instead me rambling about commissions under the cut!

ok so i feel like i understand a bit more about commissioning!

this piece totaled to 30$, where i asked for half of the total upfront, and the rest once i sent the final sketch. one thing i think i want to do for next time is to send progress photos of between the final sketch and final flat colored piece before i start rendering. in case i need to change something.

overall my friend is really happy, and i’m happy with getting to learn about commissioning :DD

hopefully i’ll open them up to everyone later this year!
