The following is small note, passed around hand to hand, carefully so not to cause too much unwanted attention. Please pass it to only those you trust, and who you think would be interested.
Panem must be united. We need to stick together in these hard times, especially with another reaping and another Game right around the corner. Secrets of Panem is here for you for this reason. But we are still growing, and need more help.
