Trish Stratus:

Abercrombie & Fitch. The intimidatingly gorgeous employee who folds shirts perfectly and somehow makes you nervous ordering at the register. Probably becomes assistant manager in three weeks.

Lita:

Hot Topic. Gives brutally honest piercing advice. Recommends obscure bands to teenagers. Constantly leaning on the counter with dyed red streaks in her hair.

Ashley Massaro:

Spencer's. Knows every novelty item in the store. Loudest laugh in the mall. Definitely got written up for decorating the register.

Maria Kanellis:

Claire's. Accidentally rings things up wrong but customers forgive her because she’s sweet. Tries on the accessories during shifts.

Mickie James:

Buckle or local tack/western store in the mall nobody else enters 😭 OR the candle shop. She absolutely recommends scents based on your “energy.”

Melina Perez:

Victoria's Secret. Walks around like the floor is a runway. Judges everybody silently. Somehow always has perfect hair under fluorescent lighting.

Michelle McCool:

American Eagle Outfitters. The employee parents LOVE because she’s polite and responsible. Probably worked back-to-school season every year.

Maryse Ouellet:

Macy's. Looks at you once and immediately knows your foundation shade. Accidentally makes customers feel poor.

Layla El:

Sephora. Everybody goes into the store hoping she’ll help them pick makeup because she somehow makes everyone feel pretty.

Kelly Kelly:

Bath & Body Works. Covered in glitter lotion at all times. Pushes the seasonal scents with terrifying enthusiasm.

AJ Lee x Paige headcanons

They start off exactly how you’d expect, competitive, snarky, and way too intense for “just coworkers.” Every promo turns into thinly veiled flirting. Like Paige shoves AJ during a segment and AJ just smirks like, “You done, or are you trying to impress me?”

AJ is obsessed with getting under Paige’s skin. Not in a mean way, more like she knows exactly what buttons to push to make Paige flustered. Paige acts like she hates it… but she never actually tells her to stop.

Paige is the one who falls first. HARD. She goes from “ugh she’s annoying” to staring at AJ mid-match like she forgot the choreography.

Meanwhile AJ is like… aware. She notices everything. The way Paige lingers, the way her voice softens around her. She just lets it simmer because she likes the tension.

Their first real moment? Backstage argument that gets way too close, way too quiet. Paige says something like, “You’re insufferable,” and AJ just goes, “And you’re staring at my lips.”

…yeah. You know what happens next.

They keep it secret at first, but they are TERRIBLE at hiding it.

Late nights on the road are their thing. Room service, old wrestling matches, Paige ranting while AJ half-listens but is fully staring at her like she hung the moon.

AJ absolutely steals Paige’s jackets. Paige pretends to be annoyed but secretly loves seeing her wear them.

Their fights?? Sharp, emotional, but never cruel. They push each other, but they also get each other in a way no one else does.
