Public Access Television producers/distributors like Paper Tiger Television (PTTV) and Deep Dish Television (DDTV) worked with the (tangentially established) media branch of the AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power (ACTUP) to raise awareness of the government's total failure to address the AIDS crisis. Damned Interfering Video Activist Television (DIVATV), the media branch, did some pretty kick ass shit. Check 'em out, yeah?
