I was tagged by diversewithclass. I just want to say, I am horrible coming up with questions, but I love answering these.
What would you want your theme song to be?
Aaarrruuugh. No, that’s not my theme song, that’s me trying to decide. My first thought was “I’m Like a Bird” by Nelly Furtado, but that is a big no. Next thought was “I’m Lost in the Supermarket” the Ben Folds version, closer but still no. “Just A Girl” by No Doubt…almost.
You know what, yeah, let’s go with “Just A Girl” until I can think of something better.
Favorite childhood toy?
My Ninja Turtle Raphael and my Pocahontas barbie.
Celebrity crush (male and female)?
Heh. Male crush? I have to pick one? How about I just name the top 5? In no particular order: Tom Hiddleston, Chris Hemsworth, Henry Cavill, Chris Evans, and Michael Fassbender. Sorry Karl, Fassy bumped you.
Female crush? Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, and Zoe Saldana.
What’s one book that made you cry?
Incarnate by Jodi Meadows is the most recent one to make me cry.
Book or story you will make your children read (if you have them)?
Since I do have little ones it will be probably Harry Potter, but more along the lines of me reading the series to them.
Vinyl records or cassettes or CDs?
I love the pops and clicks on vinyls but then you have to move the needle back, cassettes I hated rewinding, so I am going to go with CDs. Just push repeat and let it go.
If there was nothing stopping you, and you’d have financial stability, what would you do as an occupation? Dream job?
Haha, I’d have no job. I’d just travel, take a ridiculous amount of pictures of things that inspired me and write.
Lawyer or doctor?
Doctor.
Would you write a book, movie script, or play?
Yes. Oh, wait, do I have to choose? Um, a book, I suppose. Movie scripts and plays intimidate me, writing them at least.
Favorite song lyric?
I don’t know if I have a favorite set of lyrics. It would be like asking me my favorite movie (don’t!). Um, but the song I currently have on repeat is “From Above” by Ben Folds and Nick Hornby.
One music album you can listen to all the way through without skipping any songs?
Big Bad World by Plain White T’s, Move Along by All-American Rejects, and Love Strong by Christina Perri. I know that’s three, but I just picked the ones that I could listen to all the way through without wanting to skip any of the songs.
