It’s been a weird day, and Moon is feeling pre-ty jittery because of it! So, she figures the best way to get that extra energy out and brainstorm a way back home is to start walking!

 Hey... that’s a great idea! Walking! She’ll just walk until she gets somewhere new, and find someone who knows what Alola is! At this rate, she’ll be home in time for dessert! Moon pats herself on the back for her great idea and starts walking down the street, Rowlet perched upon her shoulder. 

 She starts finding herself growing impatient and not losing her jitters fast enough, though... so she starts picking up the pace. Faster, and faster, racing by people on the street, Moon’s feeling pretty proud of herself right now! She runs with almost no cares in the world-

 And trips real bad! Yeouch! She totally falls to the pavement face first (right at the feet of a stranger she barely notices), and boy does it hurt! The champ sits up straight, clutching her nose with her face scrunched up in pain! Ouch!

   You had no intention of looking; you of all people would know how important a simple notebook can be to a person, even if it looks like nothing but useless paper. In your field of work and general experience in the manor, no paper is truly useless. Some need to be burnt and disposed of, but that does not make the contents that require its disposal any less important or personal. However -- you have no other way to find out who this belongs to, and so it falls on you to breach this person’s privacy this one time.

   You find a name, at last, that seems to belong to the writer -- or at least does not belong to the people they meet on a daily basis -- and type it in, painstakingly, into your contacts. ( You will never get used to this ‘texting’ thing. )

   It doesn’t take as long as it did when you were first introduced to the feature, but it is time you could have avoided wasting.

Byron did not dance, at least not for pleasure, generally. If he had a partner who liked to he would indulge, but it was not a past time he much enjoyed. He could dance, though, if needed. 

Instead he lingered at the edges of the ballroom, nabbing snacks as he watched. 

The man he targeted now seemed less a man and more an older teen, he assessed. Absolutely unremarkable, the perfect scapegoat for any scheme he might devise over the night. 

He walked swiftly in the teen’s direction, an appetizer in one hand, cane in the other. 

“Hello! Enjoying yourself? This is quite the bash, even with potential pixie pranks abound, wouldn’t you agree? Have you tried the ssshrimp tartlets? They’re just divine.”
