Then a couple albums popped up on the music forum I used at the time (RIP Happy House) - "Now You're Gone" and "LOL" - so I picked those up. Haven't listened to them in a while, though. Thing to do next time I walk, I suppose!

Ella is my favorite out of the new cast. I was surprised how much I liked her, but she brought out my inner Disney-loving child and made me want to hug her. I would ship Dave/Ella as long as she was happy, that's how much I like her.

I figured I'd love Ella, for I too am a Disney loving child, but I didn't expect to love her as much as I do; I thought I'd jokingly cheer for her, watch her go early, then never thinking about her again. But I love her! She's such a sweet, well-meaning girl. A little pushy with the friendship, yes, that's a flaw... but she wanted so badly to see the good in Sugar! She didn't see bad in ANYONE! Come here, Ella, let me love you!

It would have been so easy to go for a "break the cutie" plot and make her break down and start yelling at people to be edgy, but they never did. She stayed precious until the end. Even her elimination scene went well! Oh, Ella. I love. <3

Those AleHeather scenes were awful too. They were so horrifyingly OOC as cutesy lovers that I honestly thought it was a scam and they were tricking everyone. Even the rush to the million at the end didn't make up for it, it was so bad.

Ew, I'd forgotten about those. I felt so much secondhand embarrassment for their shippers... I know they wanted Aleheather to get over it and kiss, but I was pretty sure that's not what was wanted.

I did laugh at them going from mushy to murderous over the million in the end, but I do think that could have been done IC - them grudgingly admitting they're a couple, I can still see "That is the most disgusting thing that has ever happened in there" working out... there was absolutely no reason they needed to be so soppy. And yet, there they were. Yikes.

I liked All Stars and I still feel like that episode was a prank and the real finale is locked up somewhere.

Basically 10 people from /b/ managed to terrorize half of Tumblr, because Tumblr's sjws were stupid enough to try and 'shut down' 4chan with a raid on the 4th. Everyone on Tumblr was panicking hard because of the hackings and tag derailment.

Oh, is that what that was about? While I didn't see it personally, I did hear warnings that some of the popular tags were getting spammed with gory images. That's all I heard, though. And I'm keeping a MASSIVE distance from this, because holy shit, petty. INTERNET FIGHT

Don't know if you've answered this before, but I thought I'd ask for curiosity's sake since you're answering tonight: Do you have any same-sex ships for Total Drama?

I do really like Gwoey. It's not one I often work with since Gwen isn't really "mine", but I love Gwoey headcanons. Even if I'll always main Zoke, I like Gwoey as an AU, and I still friendship them regardless of anything. So, definitely Gwoey!

I also liked Courn (or whatever we're calling Gwen/Courtney now) while All Stars was running, although after they sent Courtney running off the rails with the list plot, my enthusiasm for that one got shot dead. I could like it for as long as I could tolerate Courtney. I'm not enthused by her anymore, so goodbye, Courn, hello, Gwoey.

And Chref. Everyone ships Chref. Who doesn't ship Chref? (I mean no offense if you don't ship Chref XD But it makes me smile)

Aaaaand... well, shit, I feel like I had more, or like I should have more... my problem is, I'm mostly a canon shipper, and I don't know how much luck the show would have trying to get away with a canon same-sex ship. So I get to come off looking somewhat iffy, with my large stable of het ships. Whoo! Go me! *gags at self*
