Divine Move

The blade sliced deep into Scott's skin as he staggered from their blow. Warm blood oozed from the wound as he held back a growl, but still he pressed on. Determined to prove it wasn't real, just another trick from the nogitsune. The wind howled in his ears, the frosty chill biting into his skin like tiny teeth as snowflakes swarmed around him clouding his vision in a blanket of white.

With one final slash across his chest, Scott pushes against the large wooden doors throwing them open as he steps through and stumbles into the...quad. They were outside once again, the cool night air carrying the scent of blood and the familiar sound of metal scraping against stone, against the concrete walls and steps. In an instant, Scott dashed out towards the two fingers fighting in a hallway only a few feet away. One of the twins faced an Oni, unaware as the demon raised it's blade and prepared to plunge it forward into his chest. With a heavy kick, Scott redirected the sword causing it to slice through the empty air at Aiden's side before he jumped forward slamming his elbow into the creature's masked face making it stumble.

An arrow whizzed by, cutting through the air as it stroke the Oni in the chest. Scott watched as the creature trembled and exploded in a blast of green light. "Aiden, are you ok? What's going on?"
