It's time for dinner! This soup is a great recipe for those cool fall nights: 1 clove garlic Half a medium onion 1 Sweet potato chopped 1 Bunch of collard greens sliced 4 Cups of low sodium chicken stalk Half cup almond butter 1 Chicken breast chopped Place chopped garlic, onion, sweet potato, and chicken stalk in a pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 25 minutes, and put in chopped collard greens salt and pepper to taste. Take a half cup of chicken stalk from the pot and mix it with almond butter until smooth. Add this mixture back in the pot once the greens are tender to thicken the soup and enjoy! S/o @influxperformance for dinner! #DivineRaceChallenge #DivineRace #BonAppetite

Lunch Time! Stuffed Sweet Potato with Guajillo Chili Braised Chicken It's easy to make and beyond flavorful. 1. Cook sweet potato at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until soft 2. Boil a bag of Guajillo chilis in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes on medium high heat 3. Blend chilis and liquid until smooth then strain and cool liquid. 4. In a crockpot, add chicken breast (4-5), chili liquid, 3 tbsp BBQ sauce of choice, 1/2 tbsp cumin, and 1 tbsp oregano. I kept mine on low and went to sleep! 5. Shred chicken, add to sweet potato and add your toppings of choice! I put corn, red bell pepper, green onion, cabbage, mashed avocado, cilantro and lime! Enjoy! #DivineRaceChallenge #divinerace
