 I wanted to do something different this year, and I know this isn’t much, but I wanted to make a blog of things that you like and also a few throwbacks to some memories. I had to exclude a few shows to avoid spoilers, but other than that I hope I did a well enough job of finding things you might enjoy. I also made you a playlist, then I quickly realized that Spotify only allows you to preview songs if you’re signed in, then I realized that the app version wouldn’t even show the playlist. Regardless, I hope you enjoy it, wherever and however you’re viewing it.

 So happy birthday -- I don’t really know how else I can say it after I’ve said it in so many ways over the past few years, so hopefully this all suffices. I’m lucky to have been able to meet you, although I sometimes wish we could have just lived in the same neighborhood and grew up together or something, I’m still grateful no matter what. I don’t know how you’ve stuck around for this long, but I’m thankful to you that you have.

 I’m so glad that you were born, which is maybe a weird thing to say, but I think that the world would sorely be lacking if you weren’t in it to make it brighter. You’ve helped me a lot, and I don’t really know how to put it all into words, but just know that you’ve helped me. 

 I wish you all the best in the world, you deserve so much. Thanks for sticking around while I’ve grown up, I know I can be a handful at times, but you’ve helped me work out a few battles in my mind whether you’re aware or not. I appreciate you and everything you do so much, but I can’t appreciate you enough, I can’t thank you enough. There will always be things you’ve done for me that I’ll be unaware of, maybe permanently or maybe I’ll realize them years on, but knowing this I’m grateful to you anyway. You have always been consistent in my life, and throughout all the change in my life, and in yours, you’ve been here for me. I could never repay you.

 I wish I could promise you the world, and give you everything you want, and say everything you want to hear, but I can’t. I just hope that no matter what, you will know that I love you. You’re amazing and strong and I wish there were more of you to fill the world, but there is no one else like you. Here's to all the memories, laughs, and to the many more to come. Happy Birthday.
