HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIZZIE !! @divinesight

to all my followers who don’t know what’s up, today is the birthday of my very beloved SISTER. she has been with me through thick and thin and is above all someone irreplaceable in my life, and in the lives of everyone who has the pleasure and privilege of knowing her.

i’m going to babble below the cut so only continue reading if you’re prepared for weepy, i-love-my-sister-so-much neri!

LIZZIE! I love you so much more than I can express in words. I know I tell you a lot, so I’m sure I sound like a broken record at this point, but you really do mean the absolute world to me. You’ve helped me so much just by being who you are. Just by existing, you make my world a heck of a lot brighter. You’re my sun! My beautiful shining star. 

Your writing is phenomenal. You paint such vivid scenes and your dialog leaves me speechless. I feel like I improve as a writer every time we write together -- I always strive to do my best with you because I know you’re doing the same. You put your everything into all that you do, and it’s so clear for everyone to see. You work so, so hard. You’re a creative force to be reckoned with in just about every way there is. 

Your art is so beautiful and you improve so quickly it’s nuts!! Cas is in art school, and you’re way better than most of the people in her drawing classes. So don’t sell yourself short! Be really proud of all you’ve accomplished and how far you’ve come. You’re only going to get better and better from here, and I’m so grateful that I get to be there with you every step of the way. 

As a person, you’re one of the best. Point blank. You have so much kindness in your heart, and such a drive to defend and protect others. I guess that’s why we met on Asbel and Sophie! Who became family just like we did, and are very much like us in certain ways. ( Not to the extent a couple other characters are, granted! You know what I mean! )

I genuinely could not imagine my life without you in it, and I really don’t want to even try. I’m glad to know that I’ll never have to. So remember no matter what, you’ll always have me! I’m with you. Even when I’m not there physically, that’s where my heart is. 

I HOPE WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL THAT YOUR BIRTHDAY IS SPECIAL AND KIND, LIZZIE. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, AND I’M SO PROUD TO BE YOUR LITTLE SISTER.

We go through our lives believing that there are many certainties in this world. This world of heroes and monsters. In truth, there is only one certainty in life: certain ties were meant to break. Whether by death or by choice.

Steps echoed softly on the hard floor, the woman’s heels making little sound as she walked. The Queen stops momentarily before a door, which opened with a swift yet graceful movement of her hand. She had come to see her daughter; settled upon a nice stool, brush moving through her soft hair with ease.

“Lovely,” Sylva says, her voice warm. “you grow more beautiful each day.”

“You must be Princess Lunafreya, then?” She bows her head as she speaks - though she was royalty as well, the visiting princess was held in high esteem by all who spoke of her. She had oft heard of the princess’s kindness and wisdom. While she had never met the woman before ( as her training took precedence over all other affairs ), she felt somehow closer to her with the knowledge of how the people in all lands revered her. She trusted that the princess would prove herself to be all that she had heard.

“Thank you for coming so far; I know your kingdom is a ways off. I truly appreciate your traveling here to assist me. I’m sure my father - King Rhoam - has explained the matter of my struggles, but please allow me to reiterate.” Her hands move overtop themselves near her stomach - her shoulders pull inwards. It’s not an easy conversation to have, but she takes a breath and presses on. “I am at a loss. I have been devoted to my training for ten years and - - nothing.” Her form stiffens. “I apologize for being so forward, but... Have you any advice for me? Anything at all that may be of help in awakening this power?”
