Have you ever taken a yoga class or any class spoken in a language you do not know? I walked into my first yoga class since arriving in Hanoi at Divine Yoga not knowing it would all be in Vietnamese 😲 The instructor was very kind saying the instruction/pose then doing it while making eye contact with me, he gave great physical adjustments and my background made the challenging class flow more smoothly 🍃 I have slacked on my backbends so this was just what I needed.
