After / Before - I've been more mindful of my backbending thanks to @tiffylou --making an effort to lift out of my natural hinge in the lumbar spine and distribute the arc through the thoracic region. It's slow progress, but it's worth it. 💜 Friends are good accountability partners. In the gentlest of ways, we can encourage one another to be our best self.
