Today I drew the rune Jera, which is in association with year, change, cycle, rewards, and motion. I also happened to draw this one a few days ago during a reading for myself. ✨ I also drew the Five of Wands reversed. This card can indicate open conflict and competition. Usually this is in the career/work place. Know that you don't have to, and should not, face this alone should problems arise at work; seek advice from competent advisors.
