Try looking up costochondritis and see if the symptoms match the pain you’re feeling? It’s a pretty common source of chest pain. Not dangerous, but it can mimic the pain of a heart attack, which is balls.
idk. this isn’t localized. it could still be inflammation, but idk if it’s that kind specifically? like last night, it was in my ribs on my left side, and it hurt more when i breathed in. it didn’t last long, but it happens a lot in various areas of my ribs, including the left side of my breastbone.
it’s annoying, but it usually goes away fairly quickly.
