So i had a stint with repurposing plastic bags, and found out you can make mats out of them--a lot of people make homeless folks plastic rugs out of them, which is really neat. But this tutorial from this woman is a wonderful way to make any kind of rug! I’m about to try it with fabric to make a rag rug.
