New liiiiight! El Cheapo 4' fixture with the crappy ballast removed, running two 4300k LED tubes from HollywoodLightsLED.com direct off the AC. I'll probably do the same for the remaining bare bulb fixture, but I wanted to see the spendy LED tubes in action before I ordered more.
