2017 Brass Chandelier: This is the rolling machine in all its glory. One thing I would like to change about it, is add a variable speed motor so it's not so aggressive and it has a slower start. Pro tip, make sure you debur and soften the ends of the tubes first! Haha. Depending in how scratched the tubes were, I'd typically start with 80 or 100 grit, and move up in increments of 20-40 grit at a time so... 100-120-140-180-220-300 then wet/dry and 3M Hookit 320-400-600-800 then i hit it with the 3M Trizact foam pads which give me 1000-5000 grit. Then!...
