Speaking of Dr. Fuji,

If he survived the explosion, would he be looking for a relationship and family or would he still be upset about Amber and his ex wife? Or would he be too old and injured to be attractive? (Asking only about the movie one)

Hi Anon!

I think Dr. Fuji would need some time to figure himself out a bit after the explosion on New Island before he goes looking for another relationship--whether that’s with his ex-wife or someone else!--but that’s just how I interpret his character. I would hope the experience would be enough to knock some sense into him! As for attractiveness, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right? I don’t think age or ability has much to do with how attractive someone is or is not. c:

Contrary to pop opinion do you think mewtwo actually does express his feelings? But like in an awkward stoic way? I mean he admitted he enjoyed his time in p. journeys and in MR he also expressed himself more? Maybe mewtwo does not actually try to not admit his feelings, it is just that he does not know how to express them even though it seems he wants to?

Yeah, I think that could definitely be part of it! Like sometimes he wants to but just doesn't know how. I think Mewtwo struggles with expressing his feelings probably in part due to his 'upbringing', what with fighting for Giovanni and all. He wasn't conditioned to be feelings-oriented.

What's interesting to me is that he's pretty good at expressing his inner thoughts to his clones in Mewtwo Returns. But it's all existential stuff, not like "I feel sad/bad/angry, can we talk about it? How are you feeling btw" kinds of things. So I think when he does want to say something in an effort to connect with other people or convey appreciation, like, "hey, I had I good time today, thanks!" it comes out more like...well, what he said in Pokemon Journeys, lol. Very serious. But I think it's cool he seems to be trying more and getting better at it!

If mewtwo remembered Aitwo and knew she (the same one) was somewhere alive in the world, would he look for her?

Oh yes, I think he would! I think that would be very important to him if he remembered her.

If mewtwo had the personality of mew would the first movie even happen? XD or would he just fly off to sleep inside a bubble the moment he wakes up?

Fun question, Anon! I suppose if Mewtwo had Mew’s personality in MSB he’d have the inquisitiveness without the emotion? Mew has a mischievous side, though, so I could still see him getting himself into trouble! He’d be a little more detached, less human, if that makes sense. I don’t see him going with Giovanni and I don’t see him creating the palace on New Island with Mew’s personality. Maybe he’d just go exploring the world?

Oh and one last question, since you are the fandom’s mewtwo expert, what kind of dancing would mewtwo enjoy? Okay that’s it thanks!

Hi Anon! Thank you for your kind words! I certainly don’t think of myself as an expert, I just like to ramble about my headcanons, but I appreciate the compliment nonetheless. <3

Getting Mewtwo to be willing to dance would be a challenge! It would mean he really trusts his partner, I think. I can see him liking something slower and smooth, like a waltz. Especially if this is something that has to be done on the ground instead of in the air. An aerial dance, though, could be something perhaps a bit more acrobatic! :)

So I wanna ask you to finish this hypothetical scene. Ambertwo walks into the house and see a teenage girl and a woman drinking tea. The woman sees the little girl and for a split second she looks angry seeing a clone of her dear daughter. Ambertwo seeing this says,"I guess...you don't consider me a person either...just a tool." The woman then says,"You're not my daughter, but unlike my deadbeat husband, to me you are your own person." The teen says,"NICE TO SEE YOU AMBERTWO!" Ambertwo hugs the teen saying,"Oh hey amber, I came here because I have nowhere else to go..." Amber's mom asks,"Why so?" Ambertwo says,"Team rocket i found out are after me because they want to create humans and need me as the basis for the project." Amber then tells ambertwo,"Now I'd be happy to help my own little sister, if it wasn't for the fact that I don't have any pokemon." The woman calmly says,"Listen, child, I have too much going on to be any assistance, you'd find better people to raise you. I'm gonna die pretty soon, and that means, I can't be the one to raise you....I can however offer you this." The woman hands ambertwo a pokeball labeled....**PROJECT 150**.
