UDG DIGI WALLET
Picking carrying cases and other protective gear for your DJ equipment can often be harder than deciding on the gear itself. The problem is compounded when you consider the fact that fabrics and other types of soft gear are harder to resell at their original value, once used. This isn’t the same for hardened cases and flight cases, as these will take damage and still protect as they are meant to. The trouble with soft protective gear is twofold. For one, you need to find gear with the right set of compartments, and no two DJs will have the same needs. It may be the case that you even carry tools to fix objects, rather than just the gear itself. The other problem is accessibility. Any old backpack will do fine, so long as your gear is tucked inside of it neatly – but not every backpack grants you the access to your gear quickly. When setup time is limited, organization pays off and is almost a sign of professionalism as well. It’s very impressive when you see a DJ with a decent carrying case for his or her turntable needles. The point is that the gear must help your organize rather than cram. http://djmag.com/content/udg-digi-wallet
