Ms Badu just electrifies - just love her walk, her sass, just everything about her. when she messes up some lyrics because she was laughing, she acknowledges it and owns it.

jack white - medley. i love everything about this performance - the fat drum beats, the wailing guitar licks, the thumping bass and yea his voice which cuts you to the core
so i have a jack white story - my memory bit fuzzy but i swear i saw him at a radio shack (now closed - on topanga canyon blvd, canoga park) about half a score ago (my sis said it was a guitar center but i remember that we were buying some batteries for my da’s video camera - like why would we buy batteries at a guitar center?). and yea, he was very pale, one would even say white
@hardlyfatal i love this “international” and social distancing version of chan chan. i am going to have to google some of the instruments i have never seen before!
Take me home, country roads - no offense to Mr. Denver but methinks Lily Kershaw makes this song her own.
you got me - live performance by roots and jill scott, cowritten by jill scott, aka jilly from philly. jill is amazing here! she said she was scared and so nervous but her vocals are so big and golden!
delta rae singing o come o come emmanuel. i love this! there is something so otherworldly, so grand, yet so intimate. and yea, godly.
