CANT SLEEP YET too hyped
Light can astral project and possess any person he could locate (to a certain degree of acuraccy) via sound, sight or touch. He does not have any real time limit, but can only control one body at any given moment. His own will have fallen asleep while his mind is off controlling someone else's. If he is woken up, he will return to his body. If his body dies while he's in possession of someone else, he dies. If he's severely injured, he will return to his body. He has a built in link to his own body, so he knows where it is at all times and can instantly return when needed.
While in another person's body, he could use their quirk if he figures out how it works while he's in control. The longer he stays in their mind, the more aware of him they are, and while they still do not have any control over their physical body, they can still think and trigger their quirk if they're an Emitter type as their quirk is not solely physical. This is why Light usually targets Mutant types or Composite/Transformation types, because their abilities are easier to figure out and control. He himself is an Emitter though. He can jump from body to body without having to return to his own.
His strategy is usually something like this: Hide his physical body somewhere safe, possess someone with sight (and a nice vantage point if he could afford it), so that he gets access to a wider variety of possessable people to pick from. The first victim is usually just there as a stepping stone, anyone who spoke up and can see is a viable option, and the possession only lasts a few seconds (often so quick that the person is not fully aware what had happened). And from there onwards he just jump back and forth between people as he sees fit, before returning to his body.
Aoi's teleportation works like a 3D graph. He is always at the center point (0,0,0) and space around him is arranged in x,y and z. Whenever he teleports, there's technically two things moving. The space he ocupied will be filled with the space he will be ocupying. Essentially he 'cuts' around himself on the graph, and 'paste' himself down at the point he wants to be at, and to accomodate him, the area he takes up switch places. TLDR if he teleports into a block of cement, there will be an Aoi shaped block of cement standing as a replacement for where he once stood. Usually it's not really noticable because it's just air that gets displaced but yah.
He is also not limited to teleporting just himself, and can pretty much manipulate space around him as long as he can mentally calculate it (this is also part of his quirk). Ya boi naturally good at 3D graphing. However due to [redacted tragic backstory redacted] he refrains from ever teleporting anything without as least touching it, just so that he can reassure himself he did the calculations correct and will cause no harm. Needless to say, if he does something not quite right he basically just used a real life lasso tool and essentially deadass chop things up. People included. Winks at tragic backstory.
He's also an Emitter type.
So can you just like, imagine. The whole nation watching the screening of UA's sport festival, and these two's turn at a 1x1 battle comes on, and within the first five seconds one of them had fallen asleep and the other one keeps trying to run out of the borders only to get teleported right back in like a fuckin game glitch. Because Aoi's quirk is kinda hard to understand and use at first glance, and also extremely dangerous, AND he's an Emitter so he can still control his damn quirk while possessed so in Aoi Headquarters the two kids are just screaming at each other while they pilot their meat suit.
