"We’re dying via diets,
deprived behind iron curtains.
Our assertions of perfection are restricting what we let in.
These incessant lecturers, these voices reflected within us give us shivers,
but is this vision or just the indignant pin-pricks of guilt?
Building temples with these goose bumped bricks, while we live on pixels, trick mirrors, rituals and cucumber sticks.
We hunger quick; these molecules of hospital grade rocket fuel, filtering into our nostrils.
Industrial gospel, praying with bent-kneed bulldozers over the trenches of skyscrapers.
Why make us break bread with machines when we are a barely able to sit at the table with humans made of skin and dreams?
Take this moment to come undone, let the goosebumps run, the truth lumps catch in our throat as we sigh to silence the police sirens.
Unbuckle the irises, no longer forced by the corset of expectant perception.
Let it in now, what have we gotta be blocking the sugar and butter for, sprinkle a little bit of the spiritual cinnamon. Loosen the business tie, we need a little more room to move in, we are moon kin humans unlearning these heads weighted with education that made it so unnatural to follow our instincts.
This is a call to bare unblinking witness to what we have written with our daily living.
This is existence.
Bliss without ignorance as we come to understanding through the visceral imprints of a life lived fearlessly, a signature of the soul.
Open mouth-kiss that dangling mango sunset and swallow it whole!"
