“  actually, i don’t understand much of anything that happens around me.  ”  he’d counter whilst hand held up an almost overflowing cup of soju in her face.  “  i’m simply going with the flow of things around me and the little mes in my brain just throw whatever words or actions they want into the machine that results in me doing whatever wacky thing that happens.  ”  ramblings of nonsense coming out his mouth before he washed his verbal shenanigans down with alcohol.

pursing his lips and humming, the male would give her the most playful look he could.  being around her only seemed to heighten his childish side  -  finding an immense joy in just completely letting loose around her.  his big smile did falter into a grin however, setting his cup down and resting his chin in his palm.

“  i do tune out sometimes, but for the majority i’m aware of situations. i just don’t pay attention to the minors details too much. it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out some scenarios.. like when you needed help with gathering people for your show!  it’s enjoyable to be carefree in life, hyesung.  now !  stop talking and start drinking!  ”

hands pillowed between her palm in a false cutesy fashion, hyesung flutters her lashes at the male, "thank you, oppa," she coos in a mockingly sweet tone, "for gathering me an audience for my music. oppa's the best!" she continues. shameless. absolutely shameless.

a smirk was etched on his face,  doubting she would bend to such a request.  watching those hands lay in such a fashion;  ready to hear her tell him to fuck off or something of the sort.  however,  the act she put on  &  the exaggerated tone in her voice that spoke such sickeningly sweet words as if she was some idol appeasing her disgusting fan made him stomach turn.  even with his slight repulsion,  to see her like this tugged at something within him.  his expression slowly softened,  reaching a hand out and without much thought or hesitation,  he flicked her hard on the forehead.

“  you’re not cute at all!  good thing you don’t have to have face to face interactions with people.  aah, that really gave me chills!  never do anything like that again. ”  taking his hand back,  jonghyun shoved his hands into his pockets and walked past her,  making his way into the nightclub.  “  c’mon,  you have to show me your skills now.  ”

𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 : i just love a trope like this, but it’s more of a complex : oh, i don’t remember you but you look and seem familiar by some of your mannerisms but i can’t put my finger on it.  wait, what’s your last name? e- eh?  what’s your first name? eeeeeh, you???  and we can definitely headcanon some things that they used to do as kids or even events that happened with them that were once fuzzy but now they fully remember and reminisce on.

𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 :  this is the same as above, but i’m just a sucker also for childhood sweethearts and it’s even better if they drifted apart but never forgot about one another, but they’re different people now so it’s like ???  on one hand we can reconnect and that puppy love or actual love we felt for one another can slowly resurface.  then on the other hand, there’s the bittersweet / bitter side of it where there could possibly be some resentment and just a whole bunch of … yeah well, what happened to you?  no goodbye?  etc.  i don’t know, i feel something like this could be amazing if we talked about it together XD

𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 :  i chose this oddly because it made me think … oh well what if they were family friends but not really?  like i know hyesung comes from a elite family,  y’know chaebol life and all that,  but what if her parents had those exceptional friends that they grew up with or met that weren’t from that lifestyle?  and they kept in contact with one another because they were all good friends and they had kids and wanted their kids to be best friends that considered one another family just like them.  i feel this could be an add-on to the two above plots or it could not.  i also think this could be more.. delved into together rather than me just rambling ‘cause m thoughts aren’t coherent rn lol

𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟 :  (  i got lazy so i’m just going to put these all together lol FOOOORGIVE ME  )  i don’t exactly know what passionate could mean like they REALLY hate one another or something, but yeah.. this also can play into the childhood stuff or present stuff.  for childhood stuff,  i could see them meeting a lot as kids whether it be them wandering off sometimes and meeting one another and their personalities just clashing.  i read her personality thing and my muse is the type to be a dick and push someone’s buttons just to be petty,  in both his childhood and into his adult life.  he’s not above mocking someone and doing childish things like name-calling and sticking his tongue out at them.  the italicized things can play more into their adult life like the tension stuff.  however, the based off family matters thing could also play into the familial bond plot.  instead of their parents being friends, they could turn out to be competing rivals and they met at events and that feud kinda seethed into their relationship.  the misunderstanding or lies works into this as well.  i love a good misunderstanding and then they’re like … ??? okay maybe you aren’t so bad.

//  It wasn’t uncommon that Maeko forgets the keys to her house. And-- she also has a curfew so if she wasn’t back by a certain time, there was be consequences. It was almost sad really, that at this age she still had a curfew. She was just about to throw her bag over the gate when she heard the other point out something that was totally justified. 

  “ Oh-- uh... ” Then she realized who it was. When she was still on the streets, she was never above sneaking into clubs. Now that she was older though, she couldn’t risk it. She laughed nervously, it was very likely this person didn’t remember kicking her out two years ago. “ I-I was just practicing my jumping technique you know! Strength training ahaha... ”

James hadn’t expected the reaction that seemed to erupt from the women. Eyes widening and cheeks flushing in embarrassment over what was nothing more than a complete misunderstanding, the demon  was rendered completely speechless as she continued on. When finally she fell quiet, James cleared his throat and nervously pushed at the bridge of his glasses. 

“Miss, I apologize if you thought my words held anything even bordering on a malicious meaning. I assure you it wasn’t my intention to offend you in anyway.” For as flustered as he felt inside, James duties growing up always meant we would speak calmly, clearly and articulately no matter the circumstances. “I was simply meaning to see if you were okay. That I had heard what had happened but what it was that I cared about was how you were and possibly, if I was correct in what I had heard, to perhaps help you.” The air around him was changing, a negative energy thickening the air. 

“If you could forgive me for this misunderstanding, perhaps we could take a walk in the park and talk a little. It might help you feel better to get some things off your chest.” He held his breath hoping he hadn’t said anything to set her off again.

Yano wasn’t very used to smiling being a job requirement, honestly he wasn’t used to anything being a job requirement. He was of course very glad to have a job, it meant he was finaly done selling himself to get money into the household, but even a regular job had it’s downsides. Especially when he was feeling a little grumpy, and Kit wasn’t at work today.

He tried a very failing friendly smile to the customer, and instantly turned red as he realized how feeble it had been. “Um. Welcome.”
